Hiiiieeeeee!!!
My name is Kiley Shipp and I want to help people achieve personal greatness by regulating their nervous system with massage and bodywork.
I was a bit of a tornado after losing my horse of fifteen years. Nearly thirty-five years of who I was no longer existed. It was all gone... and then Covid hit. Patterns were observed, lessons were learned, and changes were made. Prioritizing the health of my central nervous system became a non-negotiable. Massage and bodywork was and still is an instrumental part of my regulation process. Taking on the new sport of powerlifting, I have come to respect recovery in a whole new way.

Come see me for an experience in massage like none you've had before. Let's change your world together!
Kiley who...?
An eight-hour car ride that changed everything…
Kiley had a bustling massage practice in her hometown of Chestertown, Maryland when she and her husband decided to pack what they could, sell what they couldn’t, and move to the beach. Kiley had never been to South Carolina, but after staying in Garden City during Mustang Week 2021, it became clear that the opportunity to live at the beach, possibly on a golf course, was a new dream to chase.
On their way back to Maryland, Kiley and Tim created a plan, devised a strategy, and in about four months became official South Carolina residents. During that time, Kiley kept up with her business and commuted the first six months after the move to help broker the sale of her practice. When those plans didn’t come to fruition, she knew she was ready to dedicate herself to the needs of her new community.
There was some trial-and-error and some baptisms-by-fire, but Kiley made her way to Waccamaw Chiropractic and Wellness Center, and was able to put her skills to work immediately. Specializing in Structural Energetic Therapy, Myofascial release, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, she excelled in the medical environment. However, working in a medical office focused her attention on a specific set of needs with patients and inspired a personal evaluation of a previous injury. Kiley began to dig into the details.
She hired a personal trainer, began logging and learning about food, and dedicated herself to a more balanced lifestyle. Strength and fitness cannot be bought, and the work is a challenge, but the pay off is HUGE! Recognizing how much of a role bodywork, meditation, and nutrition plays into everyday feel good inspired Kiley to do more for her clients. Teaming up with Katherine Pittman, a new dream to chase emerged. Sitting on the beach brainstorming on how to better serve "their people” and build a wellness community, Trinity Body Lab was born. Now, we are here to serve you!
